The international portion of your flight is arranged and included in your ILP program fee. So that’s flying round-trip from your group’s U.S. departure airport (which is a major U.S. airport like LAX, Los Angeles, or JFK, New York, for example) to your destination country and back again.
Volunteers are responsible for arranging travel from their home to their group’s departure airport (which will vary depending on the country you’re going to and the flights we purchase that semester). We explain how this works and some tips in more detail here.
